This in-person training—free for BSAS’s Office of Youth & Young Adult Services providers—will offer education and experiential learning to support trauma-informed self-care strategies for staff, youth and young adults, and families. Join us for a day of training, engagement, collaboration, fun, and food! CEUs provided, in addition to breakfast and lunch.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

  • Morning Session with Meghann Perry and Elizabeth Addison: Embodied Self-Care Practices for Recovery, Growth, Change, and Healing
  • Hands-on, engaging workshop using somatic and verbal games and exercises to practice self-care skills, for ourselves and others!

12:30 pm – 1:00 pm

  • Lunch break and networking

1:00 pm – 2:15 pm

  • Self-Care Journey through Journaling
