Why Trauma Matters

This curriculum is designed to assist correctional administrators in training staff who work with women offenders on the impact of trauma and how to create a trauma-informed environment. It is a four-hour training that can be delivered by a staff member or consultant who understands both trauma and correctional environments to groups of 20-30 staff members at a time.
