Successful outcomes between and client and staff depend on the quality of the professional relationship. As staff members, we are challenged to be supportive, empathetic, and understanding while maintaining a professional relationship with our clients. What are professional boundaries, how do we capture a healthy balance between us and our clients. What are the risk factors? How do we reduce possible risks of boundary violations while at work? In this training we will explore these questions in order to better establish healthy boundaries for ourselves and those we serve.
