To support our mission to foster the development of a continuum of care across services delivery systems, IHR staff have expertise in policy issues confronting child welfare, child development, criminal justice, vocational, public health, housing, and health care professionals as related to substance use, abuse and dependence. Over the past ten years, IHR staff have published various articles and developed informational and organizational products for policy makers and program development professionals interested in fostering the further development and implementation of cross-disciplinary, collaborative systems of comprehensive care.
